The Windows Installer Cleanup Utility (MSICUU2.exe) is no longer available. Although the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility resolved some installation problems, it sometimes damaged other components that were installed on the computer. Because of this, the tool was removed from the Microsoft Download Center.

Uninstall Office automatically using a Fix it

Search on google and Download Microsoft Fix-it 50450

 WARNING    Fix it solutions remove ALL Office 2010 product versions from your PC. For example, if you use the Fix it for Office 2010, and you have Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 and Outlook 2010, it will remove both products.

 IMPORTANT    When you download the Fix it, click Save in the File Download dialog box. When it's done, click Open folder, find the file (the name should start with O15CTRRemove) and double-click it to run the troubleshooter. If you just click Open, you may have problems running it.

 I resolved the issue by doing the following.

1. Make sure to install the most updated version of Flash. http://www.adobe.com/support/flash/downloads.html

2. Delete all references to Flash or Shockwave in Macintosh HD > Library > Internet Plugins > Disabled Plugins

Check to see if the version is older by looking at the Date Created sort field.  If they are Flash related and weren't installed today, delete them.
